At BREDA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Item

  Place the watch in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
